1:72 American Civil War

I've had a few plastic 1:72 miniatures painted for some time, and have now got them completed and photographed. Figures are a mix of Italeri, Strelets, Imex, and Accurate. These have seen a good bit of action during Fire and Fury and Black Powder games. They're great little figures! Pics below!

Confederate commanders Longstreet and Lee:

Caesar 1:72 Fantasy Figures

Hi all,

I've just finished basing some of my plastic fantasy miniatures, and felt like sharing with you all!

These are Caesar Miniatures plastic 1:72 figures from their Goblins, Elves, and Adventurers packs.

These ones are Dark Alliance Orcs. I painted a small unit of Black Orcs, and then the rest of the figures, when I get around to them will be painted as per LOTR Orcs colours.

I also picked up some metal, 20mm Cyclops. I can't remember who made these though:

And thereyou go. I do have loads more to paint, but it will be case of painting them when I can find the time, and they are wayyyyyyy down the list at the moment.

Continental Militia

I have had a few American Rebellion figures lying around for some time, and thought I'd put some paint to metal. I have practised on a few before I paint all of them, and was hoping to get some feedback as to whether I am heading in the right direction with them.

Some continental Militia wearing regimental coats.

Napoleonic Officer Horse Furniture

I have had some of Waterloo 1815's Napoleonic Mounted Line Officers in my possession for some time now, and I am just about to get started on painting them. However, I'm stumped at the first hurdle!!! I am lost as to which horse should be used for which Officers!

I was hoping some of you more knowledgeable folks would be able to offer some assistance.

The four horses in the box are as follows:

Horse 1

Horse 2

Horse 3

Horse 4

I have a feeling the horse 3 and 4 are French Officers horses, based on the symbol that is on the blanket, located at the rear, bottom.

The figures that come in the box are as follows:

General Picton
Duke of Brunswick
Prince of Orange
British Officer
Highland Officer
Dutch Officer
2 x French Officers
French Imperial Guard Officer
Nassau Jager Officer

Aleternatively, you can see them here: http://www.plasticsoldierreview.com/Review.aspx?id=1590

Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated

Thank
